My name is Karen Taylor. I have run this business in Sherwood, Nottingham since October 2006. I have the privilege of working with over 20 skilled and subject qualified tutors who will give you an unforgettable experience in the world of textiles and craft.
We offer a wide range of courses including:
Textile Skills, Sewing, Bag Making, Painting, Drawing, Paper Crafts, Crochet, Tating, Knitting, Ribbon Embroidery, Pattern Cutting, Dressmaking, Customise Clothes, Silversmith, Jewellery , Stained Glass, Mosiacs, Every sort of Printing, Art, Book making, Felting, Needle and Wet Felting, Free Machine Embroidery, Hand Embroidery, Cross Stitch, Canvas Work, Powertex, Cake Decoration and much much more.
These classes are held at our dedicated premises in Sherwood and most are funded WEA college and Nottingham College. This allows us to offer free courses to those on low incomes or in receipt of benefits including Universal Credit. We can offer them with reduced fees to those in work too.
We have a large shop on the Mansfield Road in Sherwood - Nottingham ( 581a - NG5 2JN),

We also offer private classes, for example... weekend candle making, pamper products, beginners sewing class, Dress in a day, Powertex and patchwork/sewing. James runs a painting class on a Wednesday night . We also have Jacki running a friday night sewing club. So many things to do.

Learn how to use a sewing machine to create decorative free motion embroidery patterns and illustrations. You will also learn how to enhance your work with applique / fabric collage
After you've made your fabric you will then have the option to make it in to a Tote bag
